Handcrafted from birch plywood and varnished with water-based paint, La Taue is not only visually appealing but also safe for children. The design and production process of La Taue involved the expertise of Falegnameria Buson Nicola, an Italian carpenter renowned for their wide and wise know-how.

La Taue's dimensions when fully opened are 45 x 40 x 90, making it suitable for children aged 1 to 5 years old. When folded, it measures 45 x 28 x 100, and in its semi-folded state, it is 45 x 20 x 130.

The folding learning tower "La Taue" is a unique concept and a useful tool for any family with young children. It is designed to allow kids to climb it autonomously using strategically placed holes and handles. Its folding capability ensures easy storage, and the lifted protection bar transforms it into a versatile stool. Additionally, it can also serve as a kid-guest-chair when needed.

The project for La Taue was conceived in September 2018, and the final prototype was produced in February 2019. The commercial launch is planned for the Milano Design Week in April 2019, where it is set to captivate audiences with its modern design and practicality.

La Taue is the result of extensive research by ettomio, who recognized the need for a learning tower that combines functionality, modern design, and the ability to fit into contemporary, space-limited kitchens. The design team overcame various challenges, including finding the perfect folding system that is secure, solid, lightweight, and visually appealing, all while staying within the set cost budget.

Winner of the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Baby, Kids, and Children's Products Design category in 2019, La Taue has been recognized for its outstanding and creatively ingenious design.
